4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following terms apply for withdrawing winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Standard withdrawal time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete
- Withdrawals are not available while an active bonus wagering requirement (25x) remains unfulfilled

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus must be used within a specified period; otherwise it will be cancelled.
- A 25x wagering requirement must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless stated otherwise.
- Misuse of promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
- Specific terms apply to each promotion — please read the details before claiming a bonus.
- ten999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
5.3 VIP Program
ten999's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. Tier changes are determined based on a player's activity and participation.
Gaming Rules
The ten999 platform offers various gaming services including casino games, slots, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules which are displayed when the game loads.
- All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- ten999 reserves the right to void a round if a game is interrupted due to a technical issue.
